Todays Inspiration: I am 1 lb away from my first goal. If I can get to 185 lbs, that’s my first goal post. I am super excited. I am taking it slow this time. It is so odd not to be doing a juice fast or ultimate go-get-em tiger sort of diet. I am now changing my lifestyle. This time I want to be Raw/Vegan and loving it by the end of this year. That is not going to happen with a 30 day juice cleanse. It is only going to happen with me falling in love with raw and vegan food. Weekends I am going to try to get as much greens into myself as I can. Sunday of course is my cheat day, where anything goes. No restrictions. None. That’s a day away. I haven’t cheated. To be fair the rules are so flexible. Well they feel that way after all this time. I am really excited. I don’t even care what the scale will say tomorrow.

Breakfast:

Dinner: 

Ate the entire bag followed by raw vegan tiramisu.
