January 1st – Resolutions.

At midnight I put on Joe Cross’s Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, to inspire myself again. From this moment I will be completely Juicing. No solid food.

This year for my 12 health goals I am:

  1. I have lost 5 lbs – 185 lbs
  2. I have lost 10 lbs – 180lbs
  3. I have lost 15 lbs – 175 lbs
  4. I have lost 20 lbs – 170 lbs
  5. I have lost 25 lbs – 165  lbs
  6. I have lost 30 lbs – 160 lbs
  7. I have lost 35 lbs – 155 lbs
  8. I have lost 40 lbs – 150 lbs
  9. I have lost 45 lbs – 145 lbs
  10. I have lost 50 lbs – 140 lbs
  11. I eat healthily and work out daily.
  12. I take my amino acids regularlyL-Glutamine 500mg
  • L-Arginine 500 mg
  • Gaba 750 mg
  • Taurine 500mg
  • Womens multi vitamin
  • B Complex
  • Melatonin 3mg
  • 5 HTP 100 mg
  • L-Tryptophan 500mg
  • L-Tyrosine
  • DL-phenylalanine or Curamin

I will weigh myself this morning to see just how much I am fooling myself and get back on track. I feel loads better.
