Yes I feel hungry, and I’m about to binge on veggies. There is nothing else in my house. Nothing that tastes as good as spicy steamed veggies. Yum.

This morning I weighed 149.3! This is exciting. I am glad I don’t have to regret giving away those size 10 jeans. It was sort of a no way out move.

Today I ate a salad, cookies and drank some apple cider. It is starting to feel like a routine.

I spoke to a newly skinny girl at work who said the best thing you can do for yourself is find alternative stress busters for food. She meditates, eats outside and exercises. Sounds good to me:)
