Six Weeks to OMG Diet: Get Skinnier Than All Your Friends
That’s just like me, I love to try out new diets, learning tools and foods. Last week I started reading Six weeks to OMG by Venice A Fulton and now I’m hooked.
This Six Weeks to OMG Diet reminds me of Tim Ferris’s 4 Hour Body. Weight training is only 1x a week, and very low carb diet (note! I didn’t say no carb), ice baths and no snacking allowed. Not even low cal drinks. 3 Periods of Movement a day totally 1 hour. There are 3 levels of the diet to choose from for fat loss Beginner 5 lbs, Intermediate 10 lbs and Advance and 15 lbs.
Here’s what day looks like on the Six Weeks to OMG Diet:
5 AM – Ice bath
5:30 AM – Black Coffee and my usual vitamins
6 AM – Gym 30 mins POM 1 (Period of Movement)
7:30 AM – Pack a Protein Heavy/Light on Carb Salad
11:30 AM: Weighted Hula hooping 15 min POM 2
12:15 PM – Lunch
6:00 PM – Light Hula hooping 15 min
6:45 PM – Dinner
10 PM – Lateral Ab Exercise and Essential Oils
The best part of this is the weight training. It doesn’t have to be in the gym. You can choose free weights, Pilates or yoga as your weight training of choice every ten days. That means that this Six Weeks To OMG Diet is do -able.
