Day 4 Breakfast

A simple but delicious breakfast of:

  • Oatmeal,
  • A slice of honey bread,
  • Half a cup of cottage cheese
  • 1 oz almonds
  • A small plate of fruit.
  • Mealtime Supplements

Bring 1 Cup of water to boil.
Add 1/2 Cup rolled oats.
Lower the heat and cook to desired consistency.
Add more water if a thinner saucier kind of oats is desired
Cooking time is about 5-10 minutes.
