I love the level 10 life and I do my best to live by those principles. The level 10 life wheel is a clear representation of your goals visually so that you can measure the level of success or satisfaction you are experiencing in each area of your life. Often we focus on the areas that we find easy, yet the most satisfaction we would get is from putting more effort into an area that is lagging. Self Discipline and Habit Change

Willpower is the result of self discipline and consistent habit change. Don’t be fooled into thinking you can make a drastic habit change and become successful overnight, however there are so many tools out there that can make the transition easier, faster and a little more successful than if you tried to white knuckle it, or go cold turkey.
